Miracule, LLC. proudly provides a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty. At this time we do not offer a refund or exchange on our Miracule Water Filtration Systems. You may return any water filters you purchase, if the box has been unopened. (less any shipping charges).

Please note that we will only refund purchases made at www.miracule.com or our Customer Service Center for filters and accessories only. Refunds of water filtration system or purchases made from other resellers will not be honored.

If you ever need to return or exchange a product, please note the following guidelines:

Products must be returned within 30 days from date order is delivered.
Please include a copy of your packing slip (or a note with your order number, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s)
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
Products specified as non-returnable cannot be returned for any reasons.

To initiate your return, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-651-767-2892 or email info@miracule.com to obtain a Returns code. Please clearly write this Returns code on the outside of the box as well as on your copy of the packing slip. Once we have received your return back to our Return Center, we will promptly issue your refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be completed.
